Ukraine: COVID-19 vaccines thrown in the trash: Nobody wants to be vaccinated - Not even doctors!

 

Coronavirus vaccines from Ukrainian hospitals have been dumped in the rubbish, as doctors who had made appointments for vaccinations did not show up, according to ruling party lawmakers.

The government has made vaccination of first-line medical personnel a priority, but has cited statistics showing that 47% of Ukrainians do not want the vaccine.

As of February 28, the total number of vaccines administered reached 3,141, including just 90 in the past 24 hours, according to the Ministry of Health.
